I was impressed with this store's convenient location, just adjacent to Walmart. Upon entering, I found the store to be very well organized, making it easy to navigate. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting me in locating the items I needed during my first visit
I was so impressed with this location. Clean, well organized. The staff could have been a little more friendly. I had to ask them to help me find a product. While they stood behind the counter talking.
I visited this location this morning and the customer service provided by the gentleman upon entering and the one at cash was outstanding!! I haven't seen customer service like this in a while. Upon entering I was welcomed, given a flyer, a ticket to get a free bag, and he also showed me where to get my items!! I'm blown away by this service and I'll definitely be returning!
Today was an excellent day at Healthy Planet Milton . I was interested in skin care and the outstanding nutritionist Harsim went over and above. She was patient, ,professional and a wealthy of knowledge. Before long many other ladies were listening to her advise and purchasing far more than we all came for . PRABH was amazing and knowledgeable. I needed 3 different things from 3 different areas in the store and he knew EXACTLY where each item was. I really hope the owner reads this, I’m impressed. 11/10 service.
Very happy to have this great franchise open a location little more north! I'm a regular at the southern Oakville location but they are often low on stock for popular items. Highly recommend checking out this particular location as it is a massive and carry a very interesting selection of products. Was in a rush so didn't get to wander down all the aisles but it carries popular items such as Lily of the Valley Aloe Vera Gel, Nature's Way Supplements and Traditional Medicinals teas. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
The customer service I received from the man who greeted me and the cashier was excellent when I visited this place this morning! This is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was greeted as I walked in, given a flier and a coupon to receive a complimentary bag, and he also guided me where to find my belongings! This service is amazing, and I will most certainly be using it again!
